Both lists look rather similar, isn't it? The exceptions are March, June, July, August and September.
Probably you have also seen a different list. Don’t be puzzled.
Across the centuries, different nations developed their own birthstone charts.
You can find one for the Roman, Hebrew, Arab, Hindus and Polish.
But I regard The Polish’s list as the truly original traditional birthstones chart.
